The R & D team, by examining and identifying the problems of coatings in various industries, solves them by using knowledge of chemistry, Nano-tech knowledge and powder coating engineering knowledge. Indicative products that are featured in the industry include:

** These antibacterial productions are suitable for active devices in hospital, clinical and laboratory places, home and kitchen application. By covering the surfaces with intrinsic properties of Nano–particles used in the coatings, any microbial contamination and bacteria and fungi, in the surface of Nano–particles is broke down and destroyed. This offered Nano–technology product beside having all the properties of powder coatings (such as uniformity level, physical, impact, flexural and scratch resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, cleaning solvents…) has the ability to remove and destroy bacteria as well and by improving product quality will take important steps to improving product quality will take important steps to improve and maintain public health. This kind of powder coating were test with S.aureus bacteria (ATCC6538) and Ecoli (ATCC 8739) and test results were successful.

This offered Nano-structure product beside having all the properties of powder coatings (such as uniformity level, physical, impact, flexural and scratch resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, cleaning solvents…) has the ability to corrosion and rust resistance. These kind of coating, tested with Salt-spray and immersion to 10% sulfuric acid and test results was successful.

**Night Shining electrostatic powder coating which has property of brightness at night, by taking advantage of ability to store photons in some Nano particles and absorbing light during the day, after dark remains bright and can be widely used in household appliances, automobiles, toll and industries. This offered Nano-structure product beside having all the properties of powder coatings (such as uniformity level, physical, impact, flexural and scratch resistance, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, cleaning solvents…), has shining at night.

**The above products can be delivered in flat, leathery, granite, marble, wrinkled and sanding, metallic, hammered and other designs in states of glossy, matte or semi- matte.

**Rust Converter water base coating is a unique fast drying milky white vinyl/acrylic coating that is applied to any rusted metal surface in order to stop rust in its tracks. It is neutralizes rust and converts it to a tough, black primer in one easy step. It can be used as a finish coat or can be painted over for maximum corrosion protection. No more sandblasting, heavy scraping, wire brushing, or grinding. It actually depends on a layer of rust being present in order to be effective!
